Took off robe as a lawyer on 23rd May, 2014 and informed Chief Justice of Pakistan of the decision accordingly. Settled all accounts with the clients whose cases were pending decision due to protracted proceedings and unnecessary adjournments in the courts.
Said Good-bye to active politics on 17/01/2017 and furnished resignation to the Chairman of the Party Ch. Shujaat Hussain.
Ever since devoted all energies to research work and writing books.
